設(shè)備用途及原理

　　高溫真空石墨化爐是一種非常先進的真空碳/碳材料熱處理設(shè)備，廣泛用于高溫真空爐熱場碳材料的高溫石墨化，也可以用于碳制品的固化、燒結(jié)等。

       主要由真空爐體、充氣系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、快速強制風冷系統(tǒng)、水冷系統(tǒng)、裝卸料車及電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

Application and Principles

High-temperature graphitization furnace is an advanced vacuum carbon/carbon material thermal treatment equipment, commonly applied to high-temperature graphitization of preheating carbon material in high-temperature vacuum furnace, and also to solidification and sintering of carbon products.

 It is primarily consisted of vacuum furnace, gas filling system, vacuum system, fast forced air cooling system, water cooling system, loading-relieving cart and electric control system.
