  網(wǎng)帶式脫氧還原設(shè)備主要用于粉未冶金鐵、銅基制品的燒結(jié)及金屬粉末的還原、退火等。

        整套設(shè)備由爐體,網(wǎng)帶傳動系統(tǒng)及溫控系統(tǒng)三大部分組成。

      爐體由進料段、熱處理段、緩冷段、水冷段及出料段組成。

      網(wǎng)帶傳動系統(tǒng)由耐高溫網(wǎng)帶、傳動裝置、調(diào)速裝置等組成,并配有網(wǎng)帶速度調(diào)節(jié)顯示器。


Overview and Principles

Mesh-belt deoxidization equipment is primarily utilized for sintering of powder metallurgic iron-based and copper-based products and reduction and annealing of metal powders.

  The whole equipment is consisted of three major parts, furnace, mesh-belt transmitting system and temperature control system.

  The furnace is consisted of material input stage, heat treatment stage, slow cooling stage, water cooling stage, and material output stage.

  Mesh-belt transmitting system is equipped with thermal-resistance mesh belt, transmitting device, speed regulating device, and also with mesh-belt speed regulation displayer.

   Fast degreasing and sintering hardening system are available options.
